Dear Women Veterans,
MilitaryToCorp - M2C is delighted to announce the commencement of the 5th Edition of the Women Veterans Hiring Drive, aligned with the theme of International Women's Day.
The event is set to take place on March 11, 2025, and, akin to previous years, will be conducted virtually.
With many firsts to its name, M2C has taken this job fair initiative of its own kind & made it easy to network for this mid-sr level talent pool and recruiters from leading companies.
For the last 12 years, M2C has been at the forefront of advocating diversity and inclusion (D & I) talent-hiring programs in the corporate. At Military To Corp-M2C, we call it D2D hiring (military Diversity to gender Diversity), which is about hiring women officers of the military as it forms a niche pool of highly skilled veteran talent in technical as well as non-technical roles.
This drive and many more such drives will also alleviate one of the major challenges faced by Corporate India, which is the leadership void from the gender diversity talent.
We invite all women veterans to come forward and take participation in the drive.
