At MilitaryToCorp-M2C, we strive to provide our valued clients with the highest level of services and support. 

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or seek a refund for our services. 

To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:-

• 1. Cancellation Policy:

  • 1.1  Cancellation Requests: If you wish to cancel your service with MilitaryToCorp-M2C, please submit a cancellation request in writing to info@militarytocorp.com
  • 1.2  If you have already registered for one of our professional development workshops, and you are no longer able to attend, our cancellation policy is as follows:
    • 1.2.1  Full refund minus an INR 1000 admin fee up to 15 days out of your scheduled program date
    • 1.2.2  50% refund after that up to 7 days from the scheduled program date.
    • 1.2.3  No cancellation / refunds shall be entertained for the workshops / events, payment for which has been made through https://www.townscript.com/in/online

• 2. Refund Policy:

  • 2.1  For Services Not Rendered: If MilitaryToCorp fails to provide the agreed-upon services, you will be eligible for a full refund of any payments made for those particular services.
  • 2.2  No Refunds for the services which have been delivered / initiated.
  • 2.3  Refund Disbursement: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the refund request approval. The refund will be issued through NEFT only.
  • 2.4  Payments made through PaymentGateways shall be refunded post deducting the applicable services charges.
